Case Study: Coolbytz
Service: PR and Digital Marketing Strategy
Project: Coolbytz is a new online marketplace for infrastructure and connectivity, where global buyers and sellers come together to transact verified assets.
Coolbytz provides an economic, secure, and sustainable ecosystem for the buyers and sellers of infrastructure behind much of the world’s technology. The company’s independent and integrated platform delivers a simplified journey to make faster, more cost-effective, and accurate decisions.
As a new business wanting to quickly establish itself as a vital tool for buyers and sellers of technological infrastructure, the Coolbytz team wanted to refine their core messaging, raise brand awareness, and create a robust Digital Marketing strategy for the business.
CommsPeople worked with Coolbytz to identify the key strands of activity that would help them meet the objectives they wanted to achieve for the business and provided guidance on the benefits of project work vs, an ongoing strategy, realistic budgets and time frames.
The team were soon matched with several independent professionals who could provide support and advice across each of the elements Coolbytz was looking to implement as part of their comms strategy.
Following the Coolbytz interview process, one of our CommsPeople freelancers was selected to work with the team for a 6-week project and continues to support them with ongoing adhoc work.
Travis Street, Founder of Coolbytz.com says: “As a new business, we knew we wanted to establish ourselves quickly within our sector with a PR and Digital Marketing strategy, however we weren’t really sure where to start.
Agencies can seem expensive and there are lots of freelance marketplaces out there, so it can be tricky to know what to look for in terms of ROI. We needed to understand what our options were.
After speaking with the CommsPeople team, it made things so much clearer – they gave honest and open advice as well as some great matches with freelancers. We’ll definitely be working with CommsPeople again to support our business as it gets off the ground.”
